When will I receive my order?
It usually takes 3-7 days to process an order, after which it is shipped. The deadline
Shipping cost depends on where you live, but it can be estimated as follows:

● Europe: 6 – 15 working days
● France: 1 – 7 working days
● Australia: 3 – 14 business days
● Japan: 4 – 15 business days
● Rest of the world: 10 – 28 working days
Where will my order be shipped from?
We work with an on-demand fulfillment company that has facilities all over the world! As for your personalized items, they are generally sent from France.
The Orgon jewelry and pyramid are made in our workshop in France. They are therefore sent from France
Will customs fees be added?
Additional customs and tax fees may be charged for international orders. These charges are not our responsibility and are charged by your local customs office. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country. So please check directly with your local customs office to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should have arrived, but I still haven't received it. What should I do ?
Before contacting us, please help us by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the shipping address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address is correct and the package has not been dropped off at the post office or your neighbor's, contact us at expressyourself@gmail.com indicating your order number.
If you have found an error in your shipping address, we can send you a replacement order.

How are your products made?
For jewelry, decorative object, Orgon pyramid
They are made by hand in our small workshop in Mazan, a village in Provence in France.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. If you have
questions regarding the tracking or shipping of your order, email us at expressyourself@gmail.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged.
To help us resolve this issue quickly, please email us at expressyourself@gmail.com within a few weeks with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have regarding your order.

JEWELRY WARRANTY: 2 YEARS SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS
Express yourself pays great attention to the quality of its jewelry.
The 2-year warranty for your jewelry runs from the day the order is validated (date of purchase mentioned in the invoice available in the “My account” section). If you ordered as a guest, you will have received an email with the invoice. If you have lost it we can resend one to you provided you give us your name and date of purchase and email.
The guarantee naturally covers hidden defects in the jewelry(s) ordered on the Site.
The Customer may request the application of the guarantee for hidden defects by prior study of his request. In order to verify the admissibility of the application of the guarantee, the Customer must justify his request by sending an email to expressyourself@gmail.com by adding, as attachments to the email, the following elements :
- one or more photos of the defect found on the jewelry;
- the copy of the invoice available in the “My account” section or specify your name and date of purchase
The absence of one of the above elements will not allow the Customer's request to be studied.
The warranty does not apply to the following repairs:
- lack of use and/or use of the jewelry having altered its quality, shape, appearance (e.g.: contact with cleaning products, pulling on the jewelry until it breaks);
- lack of maintenance of the jewelry which has altered its shine or color (e.g.: spraying of a cosmetic product);
- deterioration following improper handling;
- intervention carried out on the jewelry by any other person not mandated by Expresse Yourself.
If the warranty does not apply and the Customer wishes to obtain a repair quote, he is invited to:
- take one or more photographs of your defective Product and send them by email to: expressyourself@gmail.com by imperatively specifying their last name, first name, order number entered in the “My account” section and providing details of their request;
- the Express yourself jeweler will assess the feasibility of the repair;
- a response or quote will be sent to you by email as soon as possible;
- if you validate the quote (including shipping and return shipping costs), please print it and sign it preceded by the handwritten note “good for agreement” then return it by email;
- Express yourself invites the Customer to contact customer service at expressyourself@gmail.com.
Article L 217-16 of the Consumer Code: When the buyer requests from the seller, during the course of the commercial guarantee which was granted to him during the acquisition or repair of movable property, a restoration covered by the warranty, any period of downtime of at least 7 days is added to the remaining warranty period. This period runs from the buyer's request for intervention or the making available for repair of the goods in question, if this making available is subsequent to the request for intervention.
Returns
What is your return policy ?
All claims for damaged/defective items or purchase remorse must be submitted within 15 days of receipt of the product to be eligible for a full refund, after which time only jewelry repair will be offered for jewelry under warranty.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on our part are covered at our expense.
We do not accept exchanges for hygiene reasons.
- We accept returns on condition that the product has not been used. You therefore have 15 days from receipt of your order to return it.
- The return is our responsibility in the event of damaged products. It is the customer's responsibility for size errors, or purchase remorse.

Do you offer refunds?
Full refunds are only offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If you are concerned, please contact us at expressyourself@gmail.com sending us photos of the damaged items and we will do what is necessary to reimburse you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
For the moment, we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure which size is best for you, simply contact us to help you take your measurements so we can tailor the jewelry exactly to your size.
Wrong address
If you provide an address deemed insufficient by the carrier, your order will be returned to our establishment. You will be responsible for reshipping costs once we confirm an updated address with you (if applicable).
Parcel no recovered
Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping to yourself.
Returned by customer –
Return in case of purchase remorse: You have fifteen days upon receipt to return your product. A refund will be made as soon as our team has verified that the product was returned in its original condition. We will not reimburse you for an item that you have used. For obvious hygiene reasons, we do not accept the return of earrings or jewelry that have been used. Shipping costs remain your responsibility.
Return in the event of an anomaly on the product: – For a full refund, you have fifteen days from receipt to return your product. After verification by our team that the product has not been intentionally damaged, we will reimburse you for the product and shipping costs. Please contact us at expressyourself@gmail.com and send us photos of the damaged product as well as your order number.
-After the fifteen day period, for jewelry under warranty we offer repair of the jewelry with shipping costs covered after verification that the jewelry has not been intentionally damaged.
For European Union buyers:
In accordance with Article 16, points c) and e), of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal cannot be provided for:
1. Customized products at buyer's request
2. sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and therefore cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons,
3. damaged by the consumer following misuse of the product
therefore Express Yourself reserves the right to refuse returns on products after inspection.
