When will I receive my order?
It usually takes 3 to 7 days to process an order, after which it is shipped. The deadline
depends on where you live, but can be estimated as follows:
●USA: 3 – 15 business days
● Europe: 6 – 15 business days
● France: 1 – 7 business days
● Australia: 3 – 14 business days
● Japan: 4 – 15 business days
● Rest of the world: 10 – 28 business days
From where will my order be shipped ?
We work with an on-demand fulfillment company that has facilities all over the world!
Regarding your personalized objects, they are generally sent from France.
Orgon’s pyramids and jewelry are handmade in our workshop in France. They are therefore sent from France
Will customs fees be added?
Additional customs and tax charges may apply to international orders. These fees are not our responsibility and are charged by your local customs office. Customs policies vary considerably from country to country. Please check directly with your local customs office to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should have arrived, but I still haven’t received it. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please help us by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for errors in
delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address is correct and the package was not dropped off at the post office or your neighbor’s house, contact us at exprimeyourself@gmail.com indicating
your order number.
If you found an error in your shipping address, we can send you a replacement order.
Returns
What is your return policy?
All claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items or purchase remorse must be submitted within 15 days of receipt of product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims considered to be an error on our part are covered at our expense.
We do not accept exchanges except on clothing where a size error may occur.

- Le renvoi est à notre charge en cas de produits endommagé. Il est à la charge du client pour les erreurs de tailles, ou un remord d’achat.

Do you offer refunds?
Full refunds are only available to customers who receive incorrect or
damaged. If you are affected, please contact us at exprimeyourself@gmail.com with photos of the damaged items and we will arrange for a refund.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
For the moment, we only offer exchanges for sizes different from the item ordered. If you’re not sure which size is right for you, check out our size guides: we have one for every item listed on
our store, in the product description section. Although it is rare, it is possible that an item you have ordered is mislabeled. If this is the case, please let us know at exprimeyourself@gmail.com within one week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will send you a new one, or refund your money!
Wrong address
If you provide an address that is deemed insufficient by the carrier, your order will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the re-shipping costs once we confirm an updated address with you (if applicable).
Package not collected
Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping for yourself.
Returned by the customer –
Return in case of purchase remorse: You have fifteen days upon receipt to return your product. A refund will be issued once our team has verified that the product has been returned in its original condition. We will not refund you for an item that you have used. However, the shipping costs remain at your charge
Return in case of anomaly on the product: You have fifteen days to return your products. After our team has verified that the product has not been intentionally damaged, we will refund the product and the shipping costs. Please contact us at exprimeyourself@gmail.com and send us pictures of the damaged product and your order number.
For buyers from the European Union:
In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. products personalized at the request of the buyer
2. sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and therefore cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene,
3. damage by the consumer due to misuse of the product
Therefore, Exprime Yourself reserves the right to refuse returns on products after inspection.
